Jo was brilliant right out of the gate. She has transcribed the video of talks we have done into word docs with photos embedded into it from the screen behind us. The photos into the document were done by her own initiative and look brilliant. She also took the ‘talk wording’ and transcribed it into ‘readable’ material as she transcribed it, adding notes for us to pay particular attention to in case we felt it should be slightly different. We expected a verbatim transcription back that we would have to do a bit more editing to. It was brilliant just as she ‘fully’ transcribed and returned it. We can now use those transcriptions as articles and informational products on the website(s).
Best things about Jo are:
- Business partner James likes her and enjoyed working together with her (#1 hurdle to overcome).
- Jo is there on an ‘as and when’ basis charging only for the ‘work’ she does for you.
- She has reasonable rates for the ‘excellent’, highly competent and quick work she does with very little direction needed. Would put her in the class of independent, corporate ‘Executive Assistant’.
- She tells you up front how long it will take her and how much it will cost you. She is spot on with it.
- You basically work with her just as you did an assistant in ‘corporate world’ while you were travelling on business and she was back at the office. Thinking from that perspective, your assistant can be ‘located’ anywhere in the world.You also do not need to supply her with office space, desk, computer, etc.
Jo comes from ‘Medical’ background so she understands what we do very well being on the receiving end of the products in the Healthcare industry previously. Thank you Jo. Look forward to working together with you in the future
