All billing is per minute as all work is timed and entered directly in to our online project management system so you can see where you are any time you want to and there’ll be no surprises. For regular clients billing is at the end of the calendar month. For ad hoc projects and retainers, billing and any deposit required will be discussed prior to project start.

MAYFLY, PAY-AS-YOU-GO: £25.00 + VAT PER HOUR
EMERALD, PRIORITY SERVICE: pre-paid monthly retainers, with guaranteed availability. Priority every day over pay-as-you-go clients when planning workload. All work requests will commence within 12 working hours of contacting us. However, we advise spreading work evenly throughout a month and discussing large projects with us in advance.
- 10 hours: £240.00 + VAT per month in advance, extra hours £24.00 per hour billed in arrears
(up to 2 hours per week are guaranteed to commence within 12 working hours of request) - 20 hours: £460.00 + VAT per month in advance, extra hours £23.00 per hour billed in arrears
(up to 4 hours per week are guaranteed to commence within 12 working hours of request) - 40 hours: £880.00 + VAT per month in advance, extra hours £22.00 per hour billed in arrears
(up to 4 hours, twice a week are guaranteed to commence within 12 working hours of request)
